It was suggested to make separate fields on the comment
form for URL and email address. Email addresses could
be hidden, so they won't be displayed on the weblog
anywhere, and only used for admins or the author to
contact the commentor.

Are we going to land this patch for 3.2.1 or 3.3?

Hmm this is a major improvement so i would say 3.3. But by considering how long ago we released 3.2 maybe we could simply skip 3.2.1 and release it as 3.3, together with this patch?

I fixed the upgrade script (wasn't taking table prefixes into account) & the install.sql script
