The metaWeblogAPI does not allow editing our 'extended' entry field by default. MovableType created an extension for the API which does allow an 'extended' entry. Several standalone weblog editors support this MT extension. We should too.
This involves a small change to the API: the mt_text_more value needs to be read and stored in the database. Similarly we need to provide this information when a post is retrieved through the API.
